Business Engineering & Coaching
My approach to managing assets, resources and teams rests on three pillars: technology, coaching position and scalable management architecture.
Technology and AI
A digital control layer: data, analytics, automation and AI in management processes. This increases transparency, speed and quality of decisions — without losing control.
Coaching position in management
I work with the thinking and responsibility of the owner, manager or team: goal, priorities, assumptions, choice and actions. The result is clarity, stability in uncertainty and more mature decisions.
Scalable architecture
Strategy, structure and team: roles, responsibility, rhythms, culture and metrics. So that the company can grow without manual management, maintain quality and capitalize.
Ethics and standards
In coaching formats, I work to ICF standards: confidentiality, clear agreements, respect for the client's context and a clear distinction between roles — coaching, mentoring, advisory/board and director position.
- Confidentiality and NDA
Everything we discuss stays between us. NDA — upon request.
- Clear agreements on goal and format
Before starting, we fix the goal, scope of work and result criteria. This removes blurred expectations and saves time.
- Role and expectation distinction
I indicate in advance where I work in a coaching position and where an expert recommendation is appropriate. If the task is not mine — I will say so directly.
