Terms of Work

1. Interaction formats

Work is possible in the following formats: ICF Executive Coaching, strategic mentoring, Executive Mastermind, independent director.

Before starting, we fix in an individual agreement (contract): format, goals, role boundaries, cost, terms, interaction procedure and conditions for postponement/cancellation.

2. Responsibility and expected results

I do not promise or guarantee specific financial or operational indicators. Results depend on many factors: context, market, team, management decisions and their execution.

My responsibility is the quality of the process, compliance with agreements, ethics and confidentiality, as well as expertise and feedback in those formats where it is provided.

The responsibility for the decisions made and their consequences lies with the client (and/or the company).

3. Ethics and confidentiality

Confidentiality is a basic condition of work: everything discussed within the framework of interaction is not brought outside without coordination.

In coaching formats, I rely on ICF ethical standards.

NDA is possible upon request and is fixed separately.

4. Postponement and cancellation of meetings

Conditions for postponement and cancellation are fixed in an individual contract.

Unless otherwise agreed, the rule applies: cancellation or postponement less than 24 hours in advance are paid.

5. Payment and documents

The payment procedure is fixed in the contract: prepayment / monthly / by stages — depending on the format.

Work begins once terms are confirmed and payment is in (if the contract requires it).

Upon request, closing documents are provided in the agreed format.

6. Communications and response times

The main communication channel and communication mode are fixed in advance (mail/messenger/calls).

I respond within reasonable timeframes taking into account the schedule and time zone; for urgent issues, we use a separately agreed channel.

7. Force Majeure

If the fulfillment of agreements is impossible due to force majeure (illness, accidents, communication restrictions, other circumstances beyond the control of the parties), the terms and format of interaction are agreed upon again without penalties.
