Independent Director for Tech Companies
Executive coaching to ICF standards
20 years of leadership and innovation in the real sector • strategic mentor • coach following ICF standards
As an independent director, I join the board and strengthen strategy, opportunity and risk management. In Executive coaching to ICF standards, I work one-on-one with a leader: clarity of thought, growth, resilience and decisions in uncertainty. Confidential.

When the stakes are high and there are too many decisions. Or too few.
I connect at the level of strategy, management and team — as an independent director — so that the business transitions from manual mode to a system that can operate autonomously and capitalize. And as an executive coach — to find growth points and the field of opportunities.
Transition from "everything depends on me" to institutional management: roles, authority, who decides what.
Building the Board of Directors and management rhythms: strategy, growth, risks, responsibility.
Transformation and culture: rules of the game, leadership, team maturity level.
Technology and AI: implementation that strengthens the working machine — not breaks it.
Clarity and manageability instead of noise
I help maintain a clear decision framework: what's reality, what's assumption, where the bottlenecks are — and which steps offer real support right now.
Focus
We clarify the goal, priorities and success criteria for the current period. This helps to remove the unnecessary and keep the pace without losing quality.
Opportunities
Strategy, team, culture, technology, capital, partnerships. We clarify what decisions are needed now and what conditions are important for their implementation.
Structure
We strengthen manageability: roles, responsibility, rhythms, metrics, decision-making process. This cuts dependence on manual management and lets growth continue.
Partnership
Work can be 1:1 or with a team, point-to-point or in a long track. We agree on the format in advance: goal, boundaries, depth, confidentiality and expected result.

My approach to managing assets, resources and teams rests on three pillars: technology, coaching position and scalable management architecture.
Technology and AI
A digital control layer: data, analytics, automation and AI in management processes. This increases transparency, speed and quality of decisions — without losing control.
Coaching position in management
I work with the thinking and responsibility of the owner, manager or team: goal, priorities, assumptions, choice and actions. The result is clarity, stability in uncertainty and more mature decisions.
Scalable architecture
Strategy, structure and team: roles, responsibility, rhythms, culture and metrics. So that the company can grow without manual management, maintain quality and capitalize.
Ethics and standards
In coaching formats, I work to ICF standards: confidentiality, clear agreements, respect for the client's context and a clear distinction between roles — coaching, mentoring, advisory/board and director position.
- Confidentiality and NDA
- Clear agreements on goal and format
- Role and expectation distinction

Are you a coach or a consultant?
I work in several formats — and this is fundamental. In coaching, I do not give recommendations: the focus is on the thinking, responsibility and decisions of the client. In mentoring / board work / the role of an independent director, an expert position and recommendations are allowed. We always fix the format before the start.
How to understand which format is right for me?
Fill out the application — this is enough to understand the context. Then a short introductory conversation, and I will offer 1–2 most relevant formats for your task.
Is it possible to work with a team, not just 1:1?
Yes. This can be work with a top team, with partners or with key managers — depending on where the bottleneck is now.
What do you consider a good result of the work?
And what is a good result for you? Let's discuss.
Do you guarantee financial results?
No — and it's honest. Revenue is influenced by the market, product, team, execution and dozens of factors. My area of responsibility is the quality of the process and decisions, clarity of criteria and manageability; yours is implementation and realization.
Confidentiality and NDA?
Confidentiality is a basic condition of work. NDA — upon request. I do not use client cases in public form without agreement.
Can I start with coaching and then move to a more "hard" format?
Yes. This often happens: first — clarity and maturity of the leader, then — connecting mentoring/board level if the task requires management architecture and recommendations.
Where shall we start?
A couple of lines about what is happening and what you want. We'll figure it out from there.
